​We will discuss whatever it is that has attracted you to my page. Once we have opened up about where we need to go and the intentions we will go into the meditation.

My meditations are channelled so it will be totally unique to you and your specific needs at the time.

You will receive and audio recording of the meditation for you to use and repeat as many times as you like.
